At Skill Raiser Learning Academy, we are committed to providing our students with a high-quality English language learning experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the classes. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to accommodate such situations while balancing the interests of the student and the academy.
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must inform us in writing, via email or letter, at least 7 days before the start date of the course.
- If you cancel your enrollment 7 or more days before the start date of the course, we will refund the full course fee, excluding the processing fee.
- If you cancel your enrollment less than 7 days before the start date of the course, no refund will be provided.
- If you have made a full payment for the course and are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a medical emergency, we will refund the course fee, excluding the processing fee.
- To request a refund, you must inform us in writing, via email or letter, and provide relevant documentation, such as a doctor's note, to support your claim.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the written request and supporting documentation.
